We offer PRINCE2™ Trainings done by our partner, Accredited Training Organization CUPE Limited with Symphera providing the trainer. In this partnership, we combine local market knowledge of the trainer with great experience of leading PRINCE2™ training organization. CUPE is achieving outstanding passing rate of both Foundation Exam (100% !) and Practitioner (94% and 100% on Accredited Public Courses from March 2008).

 

 





Cupe

PRINCE2™ Foundation (3-day Course; price: CZK 29.000,- + VAT)

Designed for project managers, team managers, project assurance and project support. The objectives of the course are to understand how to plan and organize PRINCE2™ projects, use PRINCE2™ to ensure quality is delivered, follow processes to complete successful projects, Undertake risk analysis and management and more. The course concludes with the Foundation Exam. The successful candidates will then obtain Foundation Certificate.
The PRINCE2™ qualification is now already established as an external competence measure by leading organizations around the world.

PRINCE2™ Practitioner (3-day Course; price: CZK 29.000,- + VAT)

Designed for practicing project managers, project coordinators and directors. The course builds on the knowledge form the Foundation Course (Foundation Certificate is prerequisite) experience. The course will prepare you for passing
the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Examination with Practitioner Certificate when passing

PRINCE2™ Combined Foundation + Practitioner (5-day Course; price: CZK 49.000,- + VAT)

Designed for practicing project managers, project coordinators and directors. This is an intensive, 5-day course combining Foundation and Practitioner into one course. The Foundation exam is held on day 3 and the course concludes with the Practitioner Examination on Friday. The course is for those, who have more experience
and also some time to study.
