What is MoP®?

MoP® is a course specialising in developing existing processes, projects, programmes, strategies and investments. It considers crucial, fundamental questions that should be asked whenever changes or developments are to be implemented:

  • Are the changes best for the organisation?
  • Are they being implemented in the correct way?
  • Has a full-scale analysis been conducted on the proposed changes?
