Martin has 17 years of experience in delivering IT projects, over 12 years of project management and over 7 years in training. He managed several projects including complex multi contractor programs, reviewed and helped hundreds of projects and trained hundreds of Project Managers.

He is an accredited PRINCE2®PMP®  and PRINCE2 Agile® trainer. Martin has trained project managers in PRINCE2® methodology all over Europe with outstanding results for both Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

David Roberts

David Roberts

David is Managing Director of CUPE Limited and CUPE's registered consultant. He is an external worker of Symphera company.

David is an accredited PRINCE2®, MSP®, Agile PM, MoV® a MoP® trainer. He has 30 years' strategic management, Portfolio, Programme and Project (PPM) and business development experience. He is Managing Director of CUPE Ltd, an APMG Accredited Project Management Training and Consulting Company. David is an APMG Registered Consultant, completing consultancy & business transformation assignments, introducing best practise & value approaches to PPM.

Before establishing CUPE, David developed an extensive management background, working for over 10 years in health, in a number of challenging management positions in UK and overseas; finally as Director, British Forces Germany Health Services, a Chief Executive level post carrying responsibility for an Anglo German healthcare system, serving 60,000 British Servicemen and families.

7 years as University Lecturer, over 10 years PPM training; APMG accredited and re-accredited trainer in many PPM subjects, combines managerial experience with passion best practice. As well as providing the first MoV training to MITA, he has trained PPM and MoV subjects in many countries, such as Belgium, France, Germany, USA, Mexico, Malysia, Nigeria and so on.

David's interest in Portfolio and Value approaches to Programmes and Projects developed from strategic and change-management University consulting assignments, commercial campaigns, transformational change through the NHS Performance Management and value driven Strategic Merger Management. Delivering these projects and programmes was made all the more challenging due to the very political government, defence, healthcare and educational environments.

John is a project/programme manager with over 30 years experience in managing high technology time-critical projects. He has wide-ranging international general management, programme and project management experience with large and small organisations in both public and private sectors. Currently he spends most of his time consulting and training project and programme managers.

John is particularly skilled at managing the development, introduction and implementation of new technology. Past projects have included high-speed computer systems, real-time electronic systems, computer networks and the Internet, satellite imaging and positioning systems and geographic information systems. He understands the entrepreneurial environment and is adept at managing, motivating and directing technical and specialist staff.

John’s sector experience includes national and local agencies, financial services, telecommunications, national and local utilities, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing and distribution, transportation and automotive. Internationally, John’s experience extends throughout Europe and the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. John has worked with clients and partners at all levels including national, federal and local politicians and government officials. John worked from a base in the USA (mainly from Houston, Texas) for 20 years, successfully selling his electronics business and returning to the UK in 1990.

As well as being an accomplished consultant, he is also a skilled and successful trainer, coach and facilitator, able to effectively transfer his skills and experience, and to motivate staff at all levels. John trains students in the OGC’s MSP and PRINCE2 frameworks as well as both PMI and APM based project management disciplines. He also teaches advanced project management courses in various topics including Risk Management, Business Case, Earned Value and Project Leadership.

Přemysl has got experience with the preparation, negotiating and the legal and commercial support of many strategic and commercially critical projects of multi – million value in Central Europe, Eastern Europe and in Africa (South Africa, Uganda, Mauritius, Ghana). He led the negotiations during the bidding phase, the negotiations of the terms of the contract and participated in the phase of the delivery and ongoing support.
He co-authored the training programme related to terms of contracts and contractual risk management in the IT sphere which took place in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Serbia and Austria.
He has extensive experience with commercial contracts also from the other side, as the Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and as the European ADR Centre arbitrator for resolving disputes concerning domain names.
