Martin is an Accredited PRINCE2® and PRINCE2 Agile® Trainer, Consultant and experienced Project Manager.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Symphera s.r.o.

Martin has 17 years of experience in delivering IT projects, over 12 years of project management and over 7 years in training. He managed several projects including complex multi contractor programs, reviewed and helped hundreds of projects and trained hundreds of Project Managers.

He is an accredited PRINCE2®PMP®  and PRINCE2 Agile® trainer. Martin has trained project managers in PRINCE2® methodology all over Europe with outstanding results for both Foundation and Practitioner examinations.


He builds on experience gained in companies like ČSOB, Equa bank, Citibank, ŠkoFIN, Oracle, Logica, IBM, Datasys, Orange, Český Telecom, France Telecom, Vodafone, T-Systems, CBRE, KPMG, Deloitte, DHL, AVG, Alef Nula, Kvados and many others.

Roman Slivka

Roman, PMP certified project manager, vice-president of PMI Czech republic Chapter have been managing IT projects, programs and portfolios for more than 20 years. Moreover he has over 10 years experience with managing multinational virtual teams, where he was responsible mainly for managing a consistent methodical approach to project management.

Nowadays, he is focused on managing of strategic development of companies, innovations and transformations. Roman says, that one of his biggest strengths is the ability to improve effectiveness of the investments into project mangement and the ability to reverse a problematic project.

He considers the key aspects of project management to be stakeholder management, effective and active communication or the ability to correctly identify the value of a project.

His hobbies are yachting, photographing and also coaching and mentoring.


Přemysl Líbal

Přemysl has got experience with the preparation, negotiating and the legal and commercial support of many strategic and commercially critical projects of multi – million value in Central Europe, Eastern Europe and in Africa (South Africa, Uganda, Mauritius, Ghana). He led the negotiations during the bidding phase, the negotiations of the terms of the contract and participated in the phase of the delivery and ongoing support.
He co-authored the training programme related to terms of contracts and contractual risk management in the IT sphere which took place in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Serbia and Austria.
He has extensive experience with commercial contracts also from the other side, as the Arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and as the European ADR Centre arbitrator for resolving disputes concerning domain names.
